Tonight, Shelly will be one of three judges at the 19th Annual Youth in Bluegrass Band Contest. This Silver Dollar City tradition, which takes place each season during Bluegrass & BBQ Festival, gives talented young musicians from across the nation the chance to compete for top honors and cash prizes during one of the country's premier bluegrass event.
